My Story
I was born in Portugal, raised in Switzerland, and married to an Italian. I live in a multicultural symphony. I see life as a vast playground, full of endless possibilities for fun, growth, and discovery. Joy and well-being are my compass in everything I do.

My professional journey began in business, with over 20 years in top multinational companies, where I developed solid expertise in people management, leadership, and self-awareness. During that time, I had the chance to explore transformative tools that deeply reshaped my personal and professional outlook. I remember telling myself: "Everyone should have access to this!"
Deep inside, I always felt a powerful passion for fashion and color. A few years ago, I decided to follow this inner calling with courage, and one day, I found myself presenting my collection at Paris Fashion Week. Each piece was a celebration of color and freedom, crafted to transmit positive energy and spark happiness.

After years of searching and finding joy in my own journey, I feel now a deep need to transmit my knowledge. There’s a quote I love: “Happiness grows when you share it.” That’s why I created Reconnect, to share everything I’ve learned and help others find clarity, alignment, and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.
My Approach
I guide people with energy, authenticity, real-life experience. What I’ve learned, I now transmit through simple, actionable coaching modules designed to inspire clarity, joy, and growth.
